Legs can generally press more than arms. So presuming his phyisiology isn't entirely different from normal musculature, his legs.

So I guess that would make his arms Class Infinite+.

And his legs? Class....Multi-Infinite?

If Hulk did a hand stand and pushed off with his arms I wonder how high he would go.
