Also as for the curse it did return although in an apparently different form. When Namor killed his wife yes Dane suffered from the original effects of the cure i.e he was turning into statue made of the same material as his blade.
After that though the Blood Curse seems to change for everyone. The pProctor Black Knight from another reality had slain many people with it. The Bloodwrath was invoking the blood curse but all it did was seemingly turn him into a monster. As of now the Blood Curse is basically a mental effect turning the person into a Murderer.

Because I've already stretched the rules regarding equipment by allowing you to have the Ebony Blade. Technically it's not even part of his equipment anymore, but the "classic" version has it so I allowed it since I figured that was the sword you where really after. Besides let's face it, NO ONE goes around carrying three different swords at a time, so I picked the one that seemed least beneficial for you to lose. If you want the Photon Blade, you'll have to switch out one of your other swords to get it.

All it did was basically made the person very blood thirsty and unmerciful. Basically it takes away any remorse for killing because it craves souls so it makes the person want to kill as much as possible 😛

Either way the way the curse has been more recently portrayed as I've described basically driving people mad and blood crazy.
