Question: Say character A once used his power to stop a tornado by firing a pressure beam into the tornado in a specific manner with the correct trajectory. He was only able to stop the tornado because he had the knowledge behind the way the tornado worked and knew what angle to fire the pressure blast to stop it. Meaning Character B is unable to stop it because he lacks the knowledge even though he also possesses pressure blasts.
If Character A is power and Character B is mind. Will the Amalgam AB be able to perform this feat even though his Mind has no knowledge of the way meterological phenomena work?

I'd say yes if he understands how his powers work, then theoretically, he should know how to do it.
