If he can play around mildly with Quabri, without getting hit, I'd wager that he could do the same to Atom.

Ok I have bin reading his bio from several websites, and looked over his respect thread. X-Man seems to be on the same league. Hell he is even listed in the same tier list.

I would say X-Man lacks speed feats.
Strength - He has bin known to augment his strength beyond class 100.
Durability - thanks to his TK/Psi abilities he is able to make Psi armors and Tk shield to protect himself
Energy projection. - His power has bin well established. Its in the infinite range, and comparable to the Phoenix Force.
