Gets into trouble @ 7.

anti monitor should be above eternity and pheonix should be second to spectre i guess.

Pre-crisis Ion loses at Anti-Monitor, if prime.
Otherwise if Spectre is tapped into the logos he stops at him.
If neither, he passes.

If current Ion, then Silver Surfer with the Quantum Bands stops him.
