Actually, this is a very close match, IMO. It could go either way.

i dont know..

i guess it comes down if Steels inertia hammer would ko vic by getting past his sonic shield, since i dont see these two killing each other.

and well Steel strength has always bn very unimpressive unless he has new modern strength consistent feats that put him above Cyborg.

for now i'll stay undecided.
