If he doesn't get his can of spinach, I could see this being a stalemate for a while, but Popeye eventually getting Hulk-smashed.

It's pretty well known that I'm a Popeye fan. I think he wins hands down. A good spinach powered chin check and he'd punch the Hulk into Lou Ferigno and Eric Bana riding on a see-saw in diapers.
