Actually Digi has said in old threads including SF characters that they aren't allowed, just for the matter.

As for this fight, while Elektra is very handy and skilled, she loses beyond the telling of it. Li has the kikosho which was shown powerful enough to leave a crater.

ermm Actually it could induce suction by being in an atmosphere and creating a vaccum. It simply doesn't produce suction directly.
