Dormammu has a win over Eternity. I don't recall IB ever fighting Eternity

8 or 9.

He's on the lvl of Galactus.

IB has this trick of calling up an anti-whatever he's facing and using that power to one shot his enemies. Now, this didn't work on Galactus, because he has no counterpart and is unique. As far as I know, he's the only one who that trick has failed on.

I'd say he stops around 8 or so. Maybe 5. I heard Shuma was eternity level in his own realm.
