World War Hulk??

Can someone fill me in on this I saw in Game Informer this month that while the whole Civil War storyline was going on the Hulk was on another planet amassing an army, and impregnating some alien chick. Is the Hulk going to be a villian in this incarnation, b/c if not why call him World War Hulk?
