WWHulk/Thor vs Namor/Extremis IM

Team one.

Team One, cuz Tony's the weak link.

Namor has done decently against both Thor and Hulk, so there's no way either can solo a team that has him on it.

He's got much better combat speed than either as well.

How exactly is combat speed determined?

How fast he can move his arms/legs, pretty much.

Spiderman is slower than Surfer, but his combat speed shits on him by alot.

Heck, even in his Annual, he shows great combat speed.

I know, but how is it determined? How do we as comic readers know if a characters is for lack of a a better word "fighting fast" or has "quick hands"?
