Spidey Week: Green Goblin vs. Ultimate Green Goblin

Alright, I thought about doing a whole week of Spider-Man match ups just for the heck of it, hey gotta honor the 3rd movie. Well first up on this list is the clash of the Green Goblins. No I don't mean Norman vs. Harry, I mean Norman Osborn as Green Goblin and Norman Osborn as Ultimate Green Goblin. So who would win?
