Midnighter and Deathstroke versus Captain America and Spiderman

I'm leaning towards Team 1. Not just because DS is my boy either 😖hifty: but because Midnighter and DS are both experienced killers.

well, their opponents aren't exactly inexperienced...

with midnighters ability i think he can take spiderman if not hold him off long enough for backup.

That's definitely true, but I was thinking along the lines of DS and MN being more ruthless.

SM > MN'er (this coming from a huge fan of both)
Slade > Cap (not so certain, but that seems right to me)

Depends on who lasts longer of the "lesser-thans".

I think MN can take Spidey. He's a much better fighter, and that million scenarios trick he does in his head can let him predict Spidey's moves.

Does MNer have a healing factor?

Wiki says he heals faster than a normal person, but not at the level of certain marvel or DC characters. srug

My problem with this has always been Pete's spider-sense. He's >> MN'er in pretty much every physical category....so MN'er has to win solely on skill.

And calculations, no matter how intricate, go to hell in a hurry when you're up against something that essentially amounts to pre-cognition (spider-sense). He could win, and it wouldn't be 10/10 for Pete....but it's just a bad matchup for MN'er.

If whoever is fighting Cap can take him out fast enough would both MNer and DS be able to drop Spidey?

Yes, more often than not. Like I said, whichever "lesser-than" falls first. Because it's basically a 1-4 vs. 2-3 fight.

This seems like a pretty good fight.

I'd lean towards Team1.
