How on Earth do you rate Hulk lower than juggernaut and Apocalypse when Apocalypse flat out SAYS that his Celestial Tech rate's Hulk's energies as immense enough to be of significance to the Celestials.it's why Apocalypse captured Hulk in the first place. lol.

As mentioned earlier it's damn near impossible to compare feats together. Such as showing a person doing one feat compared to another isn't ideal as the other character wasn't put in the same situation so you don't know if they can or can't do the same feat. I usually don't bother with top whatevers as most characters can be interchangable and makes it damn impossible to really give an accurate result.
