Nope, also he is giving sidious a blue lightsaber, if i recall in the original script, palpatine takes anakins lightsaber and fight with it.

Would've messed up Obi getting Anakin's old saber though.

Looks cool, but makes no sense.

Didn't they somehow switch lightsabers during that table battle because of some cut scene before that? I remember reading something about that somewhere. So wouldn't Anakin have a blue saber when he's choking Obi-Wan? Then they switch back.

Of course, this is ridiculously picky!
