It doesn't work like that.
Every match up is different characters and abilities on the table. Magneto possibly beating Apocalypse in no way has bearing on how Storm would fair.
Storm's not beating Apocalypse.
Doom sans magic and prep isn't beating Apocalypse either (not that it has any bearing on this match).

The bottom line is storm NEVER beat Magneto so shut up, you cant deny it.
Storm WASNT blood lusted when she faced doom???? Are you kidding she was at her very best possible and all she did was zap him.
Apocalypse would win over the two villains you mentioned without prep for them and he would certainly ANNIHILATE storm 10/10.
