Alright Captain America uses his shield to protect himself from Punishers weapons and gets close and close till their face to face and comes down to close quarters combat where Captain America has the strength speed and skills advantage.

People seem to forget that Steve Rogers was gunned down. Batman has take on both men unless Frank helps more. Team one can win although it might take a while.

Besides, the way I see it, The Punisher can just stay in the back behind Batman and lay down some heavy firepower, and that'll definitely be enough to keep them busy, if not, hit either one of them while Batman throws some grenades or batarangs which would help too, and then get in close to stun em with some flashbangs/tear gas ftw. It's true Batman couldnt solo both of them though, however, I do believe Punisher will get a couple tags in.

With no prep this fight is a draw...With poor writing Batman can take all three out.

In H2H DD or Cap would demolish Frank. but unfortunetly for them Frank does have his toys. 🙂 Batman will beat DD soundly with his sonics. Cap with sleeping gas. Bats can't take this 2on1 but he can take them both on individually with his standard equipment. All he needs is for Frank to hold either of them at bay.
