reducing attachment size so I can email

I Want to email 2 video clips but one is 56.2mb in size and the other one is 146mb. Is there a way I can compress them so they are not so big? I will send them one at a time but cannot work out how to make them small enough to email. I think they need to be reduced dramatically. They open in windows media player..

Easy, don't attach files in email...upload the videos to a separate site like MegaUpload, then give the person the links to the full uncompressed video.

Can anyone else see them or only the person I sent the links to?

Sounds like you're sending porn or something.

Not sending porn!! Just sending movies of my house to my mum, who lives in another state. Don't want the world to see them though. Thanks for the information.
