NO. They would have to have the power to undo universal truth to break the lasso. Maybe the bracelets but never the lasso. You'd need to be an Ig wielder or mr. mxy to do that.

Won't Work. Mxy is now the Mxy Twins at present. That won't work. He could be back to his former self. At any rate, those rules only work if he wants to play the game that way.
