I assume your talking KOTOR 1 or 2?

In the second game, you can get it only via the GIVEITEM cheat codes, however there is a fairly interesting and well made Coruscant Mod for KOTOR2 where it is available.

Your not missing that much, nothing on Elder Scrolls level of quality, which is a shame.

I've got so many mods on my elder scrolls games I'm surprised I even remember the original version 😄
KOTOR mods are okay but they're really that well done...most of them seem a bit thrown together no offense if one of the mods makers reads this

Apparently there simply aren't the right tools out to Mod KOTOR, or not on Morrowinds level.
