Haven't seen every appearance from him, But from what i'm seeing in the Wolverines book from him is decent

the guy once found a way to get Wolverine drunk, Along with also how if one of his race does dies they just clone them.

Oracle actually grew on me during that Trial of (Young)Jean Grey thing recently.

But she had basically no personality at all before that so...yeah.
