My original post said "Tiny silver splinter"?
Is this a joke?
And no, I just did not elaborate. Didn't feel I had to. 😐
You may "possibly" get an infection? Since you've been to a doctor I assume you were given antibiotics since the skin was broken and a huge gash was in your arm, along with the bandage your chances of infection are slim to none.
I was given cream, actually. Infection is still a possibility. You act like antibiotics are the ultimate support system. WRONG.
It's already starting to infect, even with proper usage of this cream. The infection may go away, but it may also grow.
You were treated by a doctor, and seem fine now. This injury did not cause you mental anguish, depending on the type of person you are, it may have caused you a small amount of physical anguish as well.
Mental anguish? Scared the shit out of me! I'm going for a knife and suddenly I hear a loud snap and a pin is in my forearm.
And how do you know how fine I am? Are you around me?
Sue if you want, but considering the facts you have told us, you would get very little in compensation.
It depends, really.
What I'm saying is stop acting like you have suffered some horrible injury, take the faulty watch back, and ask for your money back or a new model of the watch you bought.
You need to slow down. I never made it sound like I was dying or in horrid pain. I paid money for that watch (A significant amount) I don't expect for it to malfunction and have a pin in my arm that I spent lots of my time digging out with tweezers ... Not to mention, it's infected.
It was a waste of my time and a waste of my money. I'm more angry than I am in pain or upset.
