In issue #1 there are cut scenes of AK's beginnings taking place and how he ended up working for the Celestial Order, that story takes place in another time, another place, hence Reality 4321.

As of right now, according to marvel, it was one universe, universe 4321. Regardless of what happened on panel, it was retconned by marvel; it was never the mutiverse.
And yes I do believe gnis and Entropy destroyed universe 4321, its the only way it fits according to Marvel's retcon.
juanti already pointed it out to you, that the most recent hand book which came out, does include it that it universe 4321 is where the End events took place.
So please do not play ignorant.
On panel is important, but a direct retcon from marvel is above that.
