I think that the toad could win some. He does have the ability once his tongue touches you to take over your body. Or he could just control any Amphibian around his area making them attack spiderman and while distracted spit at spiderman with some acid. Or he could just keep pounding at spiderman with his super human legs eventually knocking him out.

He is very durable and might could take a couple of spiderman hardest punch.

Good fight, very similiar opponents.

Toad does need the respect that he deserve. If a guy in a frog suit can knock spiderman out, then toad shouldnt have a problem.

Toad loses. Spidey 10/10 I believe Spidey is more agile than Toad.
