Not the mini series that came out not too long ago but the stories they are based on.

The entire plot, Thor going through trials to finally gain Mjolnir and only being able to gradually lift it after each and every adventure, Thor going through trials, Sif being kidnapped by Hela and Thor lifting Mjolnir without realizing it when going after Sif, and being too noble for Hela to kill were all, already written in comics long ago by Kirby and Leeas I recall, in the end of Journey into the Mystery and/or early Thor issues. Like I separate story from the main one, showing us a bit of Asgard's history and shit.

Dimensional Barriers? Thor exhibits amazing strength and power, as he shows he doesn't give a shit about them as he breaks a hole down into Hela's dimension with a single drop of Mjolnir!

The original stories by Lee and Kirby were mighty different in my opinion, but I guess the essence remains the same. I thought you meant that Kirby and Lee wrote the retelling of the old stories. But yeah, it makes sense now. I can only think of like one comic where Thor and Loki are children though. Do not recall ever seeing Amora or Balder as youth.

I definitely remember it being similar to the stories that Yoshida did. I remember Thor going on adventures to earn the right to wield Mjolnir, and only being able to lift a portion of Mjolnir after his adventures. Then I remember Sif being kidnapped by the Giants in return for immortality by Hela. Thor going after Hela, Thor being too noble for Hela etc.

Loki was there I believe. Don't remember if Balder or Amora were there though.

There were definitely more than one comic of Thor and Loki being kids as I remember.

I don't think it has. I flipped through most of the respect thread and I couldn't find any except the time Thor hangs himself.

So case closed. If there's ever a fight in the future between Hulk and Thor, and Thor isn't winning? Then it's pretty obvious that the fight, is P.I.S. of the highest order and shouldn't be counted.

LOL he was joking. It obvoulsy wasn't supposed to be taken serioulsy.

Thor is stronger than Hulk he just holds back alot and Hulk just gets strong really fast.

That wasn't just regular ol' Loki either. That Loki had grown immensely powerful and siphoned energy from all of Asgard.
