I think its been a known fact he could hit intangible. What we should look forward to is finally a real cannon fight between Thor and Sentry in the next issue since Norman told Sentry to go after Thor after Sentry killed Ares which was gay. How does he just kill a god like that? I know gods in Marvel aren't really that high up there but it seems after every issue they keep getting d lvld. In Ares own comic he was taken down by REGULAR GUNS in his own comic, like cmon lol. Atleast he stabbed Sentry in the gut.

But in the end wasn't doom eating the other end of Thor's hammer and having to get teleported away by Loki? Doesn't matter what he did half way through the fight and catching a god by surprise, matter who's the last man standing besides there aren't Thor fanboys(not even sure if there is a thing) just people that really hate Thor lol. IMO there is a huge gap between Thor and a regular Olympian. Just like Thor and a regular asgardian.
I really agree with Marvel Pantheons being depowered majorly.I mean Osborn attacking Asgard??During Lord Odin reign somethin like that would have been unthinkable.He would have screwed them mortals with a wave of his hand and a blink of an eye.But since Thor took up the throne, the Odin Force has become a joke.Sometimes he take down powerhouses like Bor, then he gets injured by Wolverine, or even hurt by the like of Iron Patriot and his "Avengers".Somebody should remember Bendis what a Skyfather is.I mean Odin took down Thanos, Silver Surfer, and he would have stomped the rest of the Infinity Watch in that issue if they didn't told him they needed help for Thor's madness.

Your incredibly right. Back when Odin was around the only people to invade Asgard would be Galactus, the ice giants, giants, Surtur and Ymir. Plus The Odinforce now only comes out when needed. You can see it came out when he fought destroyer, but when he fought Rulk it was no where to be seen. Thats why people get brave, in classic days like vl2 Thor could blast here, blast there, repair a moon here and there, or do whatever was needed. Now all he really does is become stronger for certain enemies. I guess it runs away when Wolverine comes around.
