True story, one time Raidou and Heihachi were in the midst of a duel

Raidou right off the bat executes "Sky Torn Blast" against Heihachi. In response, Heihachi opens his mouth wide and eats the oncoming attack.

He then smiles and say's : Taste like chicken

Meh, looks cool though...I believe they're similar in a lot of ways. Raidou will put up a fight at least, even though he may not win.

As for the fight, I give Raidou the same chances I give him against any non teleporter. He has a shot, especially if he gets to copy techniques.
