So what about "all Dominicans are inherently stupid"? Would that be racist? Considering people down in the Caribbean didn't evolve in government and sciences and math like people in Europe did. So as you would say..it would be inherited through the generations.

My idea does not propose all Whites are descendants of slave owners, wrong again. There were Whites whom came to the U.S. after slavery was "abolished".

Yea, thanks to Egypt, Europe evolved into the math and sciences and i wonder at what cost. Probably billions and billions of lives with more blood spilt than there is liquid water in the Atlantic.

People from the Caribbean haven't evolved in gov't and science and math like Whites or people from Europe have yet I bet you the math that's done in the Dominican Republic, in the 5th grade is what's done here, in the U.S., in the 7th or 8th grade.
