1) LT asked Adam to give up because if they battled then the resultant energy release could destroy Adams reality. Adam submitted, LT placed a bar on an inanimate object. Not a manned weapon.
2) That is LT's only on panel feat that showed any real sign of his power and when investigated you find its not even a feat at all(See point 1)
3) Phoenix has a variety of high level feats all of which can be viewed in her very own respect thread. Behold:

Which is true.
We determine a hierarchy based on feats. LT's feats place him above Eternity. They aren't however as impressive as Phoenixes which do the same and more conclusively at that.
