The Dark Knight Viral Marketing?

A few days ago the WB started this Harvey Dent campaign site.

Now this site has popped up.

A little 3x3 pixel section of a new image is revealed everytime someone puts in their email and the code. They also get a Jokery email.

It's interesting to note that there are no obvious connections to the WB which makes this site either a really good prank or the WB wanting it to seem like the Joker is really doing this. Apparently the Joker site was also registered a few days BEFORE the WB released the campaign site which makes me think there's something to this.

Whether it's official or not I'm curious as to what the image is.

Let's just hope people get on the wagon fast and reveal that image lol.

I know what you mean. I first saw this over at the superherohype boards and they had people creating multiple email accounts trying to uncover it faster.

On SHH a guy took out the first image showing only the revealed pixels the used a filter to get this image.

Now that is freaky haha. Awesome.

I still don't get why 2/2 times, they've cast a guy with a round face for a character that is normally drawn with a really thin face lol. And the face looks more like he has a Hawaiian Punch stain than some kind of permanent grin...but we'll see.

Can someon please explain to me what is going on here? I am so lost, what is the prank and or promotional stunt? All i see are a defaced pic of harvey dent.

When you put in an email address and the code you get an email and you use that to unlock pixels of a hidden Joker image underneath the Harvey pic.

oh, but its already essentially unveiled.

So the grafitti is supposed to be the work of the joker?

Yeah, that's awesome. It's only a fraction complete and people have already gotten the picture out of it.

I love this pic. Probably what The Joker was meant to look like in Burton's movie, but obviously changed it.

This Joker is definitely not giong to be campy. I can't wait to see a picture of him where you can see hair and some clothes.

The new image of Heath Ledger as The Joker in The Dark Knight has now been removed from IBelieveinHarveyDentToo.com. It's been replaced with red text that gives the error, "Page not found." If you highlight the entire page, however, you'll see a ton of Ha Ha Ha's with some letters here and there that don't belong. String those letters together and what do you get? - "See you in December."
