He said the Drax from the IG era...which means the one with the mind of a child, who had the power gem in the Watch.

And I agree he loses both with or without the gem, he could only tap the gem at the most basic level and Tryant owns heralds.

He had the ability to destroy large asteroids with blasts from his hand. He was immune to physical attacks and he took blasts from both Havok and Iceman with no effect. He put down Champion with one blow. I believe if Drax took the fight serious he would do well.

Drax is one of my favorite characters

Drax is a tough mother****er. but Tyrant stood up to Thanos and would have beaten him. Drax is going down hard. 👇

Drax has stood toe to toe with Thanos destroying a planet in the process

That logic doesn't work. Drax was made to stop Thanos. Plus, Thanos wasn't fighting back.
