If you get hold of him, take safety measures.

If the possibility that he has found someone else is excluded after you got in touch with him, get everything even though you wont be using it..

Adress, homephone, cellphone, full name, and if you are the worried kind then get even the number of relatives..

To be honest your analogy is a bit wonky. Sanctuary and Bardock have a great chance, but WC and DE haven't even met yet and they live so far away from each other.
