Not really, I have a friend (film student) that has made some cool looking stuff that is visually better than that.

My friend has worked on two films for FUN that look better than the thing in the link...

It is an advert, it came on television today. It's for a Golf Volkswagen advert. That youtube version is very poor quality. Can't find anything about Lynch though.
