Not sure. Lex is definitely smarter than Wilson but Wilsons better at running a criminal empire.

stalemate Lex is 20 times smarter then Fisk but Fisk is smart enough not to lose at chest simply because the is only so many moves in chess
.But if there was a winner out of 100 matches lex would win about 5the rest would be stalemates.

you do realise that even supercomputers cannot work out the permutations with 100% accuracy. Kasparov has beaten Big Blue a few times.

Kingpin doesn't seem too smart at all. just a smalltime hood with some sense.

Lex should win the lot.

Tony Stark beats the hell out of Fisk everytime in chess, so I'm sure Lex has somewhat of a good chance of taking Fisk most of the time

Kingpin's only real advantage would be intimidation. While it's easy to say that Lex wouldn't be scared because he is constantly up against Supes, Kingpin could still pop Lex's head like a balloon, and unlike Superman, he might actually do it.
