Spiderman and Venom vs Green Goblin and Hob Goblin

Original Venom- Eddie Brock in which he has undergone no upgrades, whatsoever.

The fights in Manhatten.

Both GG and HG have their standard equipment. But both of them are ignorant to Venoms vulnerabilities- intense heat and loud or high-pitched noises.

Oh yeah, and since the symbiote is co-oping with Spidey, it doesnt block his Spider-sense.
What happens??

I'm going with the webslingers.

if 1 bomb hits venom then its a rap but i doupt they can get him so the webheads
