Captain Universe Spiderman (Strength?)

I read somewhere about Captain Universe Spiderman though I never actually read the specific comic. I know he's strong but who does he compare to? Is his strength on the magnitude of Silver Surfer?

he beated magneto,doctor doom,the guy who levitate things(dont remember his name) and the ultimate sentinel (Actually it was another name) wich was created by loki a god!!in the process peter used all his strengh to defeat the sentinel and lost the cap universe poweres.

I only know him from the Spider-Man game from 2000 for PS1, N64,DC and PC. God i loved that game.
