I think that omega red can stick his tendons inside of venom and split him in two. The only thing that venom got over omega red it agility, everything else is par, except fighting skills. Omega red knows martial arts and other fighting styles and he also has a healing factor and strenght is in the 10 ton range. Lets put it like this, omega red defeated iron man without a problem, there is the answer on who would win this fight.
He is nigh invulnerable. Heres all the info you would like on omega red.

As much as i like Omega Red, he didnt defeat Ironman in battle. HOWEVER, had Stark actually been in the armor, he would have indeed been defeated, but he wasnt.

Yeah, but Venoms faster, hes got reflexes and agility like u said on par with Spidey. I dont think it would be easy to get him tangled up in those coils...😬

Omega Red ran after Maverick in a speeding sports car on foot and they could ditch him until he was hit with a rocket. So yeah... he is fast.

Yeah, but isnt that his pheromones..? Because I thought he could only emit those through the air, which will kill a regular human, but it still takes a minute or two. And his deathspore/life drain was injected via his coils only. At least thats what I thought or Jr told me.

True, forgot about that in Wolverine Origins just recently. Thanks for reminding me 😉 But still, Im not sure if its entirely on Venoms level. I mean, Venoms been able to dodge bullets at point blank.
IMO there's no question on would Omega beat classic Venom, but if he's up against the late Brock Venom, then I don't know who would win. Good fight though.
I don't think the death spores would work, because the symbiote apparently filters oxygen for it's host and it's not like poisons never really worked against Venom either

True, but it does have a life force, and the death spore can drain virtually anything with just that .
