Story: as a teen he was constantly being foced to choose between sides of fights between his father and mother. he couldn't ever drown out the yells. it scared him alot. one day his father pulled a knife on his mom thinking she was cheating on him. when he stepped in to protect his mother, his father grabbed him and demanded the truth. his mother said no, and his father stuck the knife to Lances arm. she replied no again, and his father cut his arm. his mother ran out quickly. his father tossed him aside and ran after her. he was taken to the hospital by the neighbors. he never found out what happened to his mother or father. now he roams the streets.
Weapon: single action army revolver, browning assalt rifle.
Special Ability: he's a sharp shot.

Story: He grew up in a bad part of LA, where gangs were rampant and wild, uncontrolled. His family was dirt poor but they got by alright. One day however he was walking down the street with his friend and close by a gang war was going on, in a vacant lot behind some old beaten buildings. His friend urged him to check it out. So they crept close to it, the gangs then were foolish, and didn't think much of guerrilla warfare. So they stood out in the open shooting one another, a stray bullet pierced Logan's friend in the throat though. The cops didn't come, and Logan was too scared to run for help, so his friend died. He became a cop when he got the chance, he wanted to make sure that he could put a stop to the gangs in LA as impossible of a task as it seemed.
Weapon: A single revolver.
Special Ability: He is patient and knows weakpoints in a persons body.
