Fix the red things on number 1 and it would look best, fix the text on them both.

I like the first one because the red things behind the character are darker, allowing my eye to naturally focus on the character, who is after all the main focal point.

1 - If the gradient fade was more flowing.

The FIRST ONE because the horrendous scribble scrabble of RED is faded and less noticeable.
