Normal cable has NO shot at beating Surfer. And where in the world do you get FP Cable being "the same if not great than dark phoenix"? Smells like BS to me.
I want to clarify something about Cable.
Even with out the T.O.. Cable will never be able to attain full power.
He has conscious and unconscious self impose limitations. And father mutations (or evolution) would have to take place.
Jesus Cable is not really Full power. Just Cable not hindered by the T.O. (um to much).
