Fountain of youth?
OK, this was something my wife said she thinks is a reference....oh, hello all.
At the end of AWE, Barbossa once again takes the Black Pearl and its crew, leaving Jack behind. They feel guilty and want to know where they are going so as to not feel so guilty. Barbossa tries to show them the map. It's gone. Cut to Jack who has the missing pieces of the map. On the map we see the Fountain Of Youth (Agua de Vida) for immortality and the name Juan Ponce de León. The map shows Cuba and Florida clearly and the location of the afore mentioned Fountain, slap bang in the middle of Florida. So with that in mind, was this one of those Disney moments that comes up every now and then and was actually referring to WDW as the Fountain of Youth. After all, where else can a grown up go and be expected to act like a child.
Any thoughts on that?
