Here Gold uses his shields to lift a nuclear sub up from the ground up high into the sky using the excess radiation to power the suit. It actually explodes, which is all planned with Rip Hunter as he swaps Booster with Booster's actual dead body from the future.

I really want these images but links don't work.
I'm assuming that the first two are from the gymnastics work out he did where he states being a future professional athlete he is above Olympic level athletes of the current era in almost all areas.
It was after he had just come through the whole his force field power had to be turned off and he subsequently got very sick and now had to leave the FF off for at least some of the time so his body didn't completely loose immunity to disease. Skeets had therefore decided he would have to work out more to maintain his peak condition that he was letting slip (hence the robot combatant)
I've been in a debate elsewhere where i stated that due to his pro athlete from the 25th century stats he was near peak human but can't find my blessed issues as proof. Nor can I find the scans on line
