1.Wolverine - probably dies a very slow, drawn out, lingering death. Or hovers on the edge of death for eternity, covered in disgusting sores and in horrible pain but unable to die, begging for someone to please kill him please, but nobody, not even his closest friends, are willing to go near him.
2.Maestro - dies eventually
3.Mr Immortal - dies but then comes back fine. It's established that nothing can kill him.
4.Omega Red - dies
5.Sabretooth - I suppose the same as Wolverine, but I'm not sure about his HF or how it compares.
6.Sasquatch - dies
7.Superman - dies. Far less than this has hurt or killed him.
8.Darkseid - dies. The Bubonicus plague hurt abstract beings and the Phoenix.
9.Lobo - hmm. He might end up like Wolverine, unable to cure himself.
10.Thanos - could end up in a bad way for eternity. Probably dies.
11.Arishem - he might be OK, but that Bubonicus being able to affect abstracts, energy beings, ectoplasmic entities and other beings supposedly immune to disease makes all these guys iffy.
12.Galactus - same as above.
13.Spectre - if God wants him to be immune, he is.
14.Phoenix Force - the Giraud Phoenix was infected but then shrugged it off and cured Eternity. PF would be immune I guess.
15.Anti-Monitor - don't know.
That whole Bubonicus thing really was just PIS at the end.
