My only complaint about Windwaker is that it is way tooo easy.
It's made to be more fun rather than challenging, a bit disappointing in that regard.

One reason you might like it better, BF, is that it tells you were to go sort of, and you have a map, and you can use a certain weapon when you need it, and it is a FPS (not that the side-scrolling Metroid games were bad), and...

They are coming out with a new Star Wars game called 'Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.' Another game in the long series of Jedi Knight games, but this time without Kyle Katarn. Graphics are about the same as Jedi Outcast. I posted a thread about it in the Star Wars EU section.

Sadly I have neither Xbox or a PC that can play it, and yet again I must wait for its release on GameCube... 😠

yeah, ive never been one to care about graphics, but metroids graphics are so damn detailed. it really draws you in like no other game, you truley forget you're playing a game and you really feel like you are samus.

That was one of Retro Studios' goals when they thought about designing the game. Especially since you see it through the visor and her face reflects and everything.

BF has officialy been converted.

well the rocky dude Thardus is history. a real joker, but he's down for good now. it's crazy when you solve a big task/beat a boss and all this amazing-ness is unlocked and you just don't know where to go first and you piss your pants in sheer enjoyment.

Just started on 'The longest journey' today....i'm curious if i'll have the pacience to finish it. I usually enjoy games of this sort (dialog packed): broken sword, outcast (not jedi)

its an adventure game in the names original term. adventure like in the old LucasArts type.

just got to phazon mines

Phazon Mines is a bitch. I hate going there because it is so remote from everything else and there is only one elevator in that has easy access. And it is swarming with Metroids and beam pirates and Elite Pirates and a Phazon Pirate.

My favorite places are Phendrana Drifts and Tallon Overworld. And then the Hunter-class gunship has improved, and it looks narly. And the weapons are great, even though the super beams (beams combined with missiles) suck except for the Super Missile and Ice Missile.

You should see the Phazon Suit, Mah. It is all black and gray with a neon orange visor. And then it shoots the blue Phazon beam while fighting the last boss. It is my favorite suit. 😄

well I just left the phazon mines, cause I'm doing no businness there at the moment. nasty place. lots of other thigns to do before. todays achievements; the wavebuster and one of them artifacts.
