Entrop is a future state of Eternity, he embodies Eternity when all matter and energy have reached an inert state....entropy.
That is why when Genis fired an energy gun at Entropy he exploded into a new Eternity.
Entropy never created Eternity, he became him. Hence why Entropy/Eternity says i am the alpha and omega. My own beginning my own end. Entropy is the future state of Eternity. Entropy is the end and following on from Entropy comes a new universe...Eternity.
Thats also why Entropy looks like a bleached out Eternity.
With all that in mind i'd say stalemate. The destruction of Eternity at Entropys hands is part of the natural order, so the fact that Entropy took out Eternity doesnt mean that Entropy is greater, because as we saw they are just different states of the same thing.
I say stalemate.
