He's alot less whiney, but he's still kind of annoying. You fight him when you hit planetside on Mars. He think that Dingo (the new pilot of Jehuty) is a BAHRAM guy and he starts a boss fight with you. 😛 V2 (Vic Viper) is ****ING FAST. Only Anubis &Jehuty v.2 is faster in the game.
After you beat him, ADA identifies him and explains the situation. You find out about ADA's self-destruct failsafe. Leo actually handles himself well in the game, the V2 is hella tough for a LEV. I can't go into detail, but let's just say it's a worthy addition to the Vic Viper legacy. 😎
