You mean he's gonna destroy insanely huge extradimensional planet?

Im pretty sure that thanos already literally smashed Galactus with a planet. Not sure what book is that from. 😬

The only thing I see that would make it harder to destroy is its size.

Also, I'm not saying he can, just saying, could he?

Apokalips is in proportion to the new God's sixe though. Thats one big ass planet.

ur talkin the galaxy sized planet seen through the booms tubes?

Apokolips is the darkest of all nightmare worlds in the DCU. The question is not whether Thanos could conquer it. The question is why would he want it ? Endless supplies of Para-Demon shock-troops, the legions of Hunger Dogs slaving in the Fire Pits. Not much beyond that.
The population in general is cowed beneath Darkseid's shadow. If he chose to, Thanos could impersonate Darkseid convincingly enough to run the place just as well as the real deal. I mean, if Hank Henshaw could do it, how tough could it be ?

Henshaw had certain advantages that Thanos doesn't...at least for that situation.

I don't even think Thanos could do it with one year of prep...not under his own power...he'd need an artifact. With Validus on Apokolips....Thanos gets bitchslapped into the source wall.

I talked this over with Redatom. Although it's within the capabilities of Apokolips tech to control Validus, and Darkseid did create him, technically he shouldn't be on there as part of the regulars. Besides, guys like Mantis are tough enough for Thanos to overcome.

You do all understand Thanos would be an ant to everything on Apokolips right?

And you assume Thanos is going to have one?

What does the boomtube do to people?
I mean does it change the size of the new gods?
Or makes normal people to be equal to them in size?

1: Thanos fail.
2: Thanos conquer Apokalyps.
3: Thanos conquer DC Universe.

Both. It equalizes the size of those traveling through it relative to the destination. Enlarging for 4th world, and reducing for regular reality.

he's defeated in the first round

he'll put up a good fight on the second round, but ultimatley succumb to a defeat.

on the 3rd round, despite Apokolips prep and provided that YK or DS doesn't show up, thanos become ruler of apokolips.

1. 1/10
2. 4/10
3. 7/10
