Your friend freaking out may have nothing to do with what happened to you. Sometimes unrelated things seems to be related, especially if it is sensational.

I didn't mean to indicate that it wasn't important to you, or even real to you.

What about it? How do you know that your friend wasn't trying to freak you out? There are too many possibilities to settle on one, let alone a very supernatural one.

my friend still hadnt reach my room when i woke up muddering the devil isnt real and the lights were flickering at the same time. a second or two later my friend came bursting through my door. i would have notice the door being open and my friend flickering the light switch. instead i saw lights flickering in my room and running step to my room and him bursting in. we were also too old to play games of that nature.

I honestly believe you have thought about this too much. If that happened to me, I would simply laugh. I would tell people, but I would never believe it was anything more then something personal.

to be honest i actually gaff it off and have a hard time believing it was actually real. more then likely only happen in my deep subconscious due to my meditating and the lights could have just bn a random occurrence that had no link to my experience.

i just think it is hard to take others ppl's NDE and consider them true if i cant even come to complete grips with my own possible experience.

like ou said many possible explanations. also if the devil/demon's were real then by JIA logic i would have bn possess since i dont believe in his christian belief structure and denied both god and the devil and stated we as an individual have the power to make our own spiritual choices.
i did not pray to god but simply chose to follow Buddha's teaching in spiritual matters.
pray and a little bit of wolverine attitude and willpower didnt hurt either

Well, we are not under the Law of Moses in our society and culture. But there are still many principles that we can glean from the Old Testament which are still binding and valid. However, we must comply with the laws under the state and country that we live in unless they violate God's Word.

seriously all i did was controlled breathing localize sensory exercises and focusing on the darkness and with each breath letting it envelope me further and moving further from my body.

anyways. im curious JIA why would a demon disguise itself an angel or heavenly light if im a non believer and let me think i won our confrontation?

that doesnt make any sense what would it gain from showing itself to me? only to leave of its own free will?

by the way their was more to my story since i said i was stuck in a weird loop and i had repeated the same confrontation 6 more times.
