Author’s notes:- I have some weird and freaky dreams and I decided to turn them into short stories. The first story is called ‘The curse of the twelve moon’ which is about a young girl who discovers that her actions four years ago has cost her Melissa her life, and the curse can only be broken if Melissa can find her one true love.
The Curse of the twelve full moon’
Intro
Sixteen year old Melissa was abandoned by her friends after a Halloween prank went wrong. Caught by the police Melissa refusing to grass up on her friends undergoes the punishment alone. The old lady who fell victim to Melissa’s prank decides that Melissa should be punished by her hands and not by the police’s and decides to make Melissa play for her crimes in more ways than one.
Melissa pleads to be let off, and the old lady tells her that if she tells the old lady who else was involved her punishment would be a lighter one. But Melissa bites her bottom lip and tells her nothing. So the old lady puts a curse on Melissa telling her that she is free to live her life as she please but if she doesn’t tell the old lady who was really involved then by the next full moon after her 20th birthday she will become a lone servant to the moon as her punishment. And will be bound to this arrangement for 12 full moons. But the catch that the Old lady forgot to tell Melissa was that if she doesn’t find her one true love by the 12th moon she will cursed for life. Bound to the moon for all eternity
Chapter One
Melissa’s 20th birthday was just a few days away. She was excited and was out with her friends looking for the perfect outfit to wear for the occasion.
Melissa’s favourite colour were normally those of the pastel shade. Pale blues, soft pinks and creams. With Melissa’s long blonde hair and blue eyes. Dark colours didn’t suit her. Her friends were all looking at over the top dresses when Melissa’s eyes fell on a gorgeous silver corset made in silk with sequins. Melissa knew that she had to purchase the corset and bided her friends goodbye as she was starting to feel tired
