ALL Star Superman is Above Thanos I believe. But if not, you have come up with a good squad. Tho they would likely lose as Binary And Manhunter are going to get shut down quick by the combined power of Thanos and Despero's minds.

Utlron has no soul. It won't work on Thanos. Maybe not Despero. And given prep, Doom and Thanos would have thought of that. You also have no one on your team to counter dooms magic.
